Unless otherwise indicated, the website and all content, features, and functionality, including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Crafteahandmade, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You are permitted to use the website for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website, except as follows: your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials; you may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes; and you may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the website for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.

4. Rental Services

4.1 Service Description

Crafteahandmade provides event furniture and decor rental services. All items are rented on a temporary basis and must be returned in the same condition as received, subject to normal wear and tear. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

4.2 Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Crafteahandmade. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our sole discretion. Prices quoted are valid for the dates specified and are subject to change without notice.

4.3 Payment Terms

A deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be specified in your quote and confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid in full before or on the day of delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods, which will be specified in your booking confirmation. All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST unless otherwise stated.

4.4 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation relative to your event date. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information about cancellations and refunds. We reserve the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received by the due date or if we are unable to fulfill the booking due to circumstances beyond our control.

5. Delivery and Collection

We will deliver items to the address specified in your booking confirmation. You must ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the agreed time. If no one is available, additional delivery charges may apply. You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible and suitable for the items being delivered. Collection of items will be arranged at a mutually agreed time after your event. Items must be ready for collection at the agreed time, and you must ensure that someone is available to facilitate the collection.

6. Care and Responsibility

6.1 Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the care and safekeeping of all rented items from the time of delivery until collection. You must use the items only for their intended purpose and in accordance with any instructions provided. You must not alter, modify, or remove any labels or markings from the items. You are responsible for ensuring that the items are kept in a safe and secure location and are protected from damage, theft, or loss.

6.2 Damage and Loss

You are liable for any damage to or loss of rented items that occurs during the rental period, except for normal wear and tear. If items are damaged or lost, you will be charged the full replacement cost or repair cost, as determined by Crafteahandmade. We recommend that you inspect all items upon delivery and report any existing damage immediately. Failure to report pre-existing damage may result in you being held responsible for that damage.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the website or our services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to: using the website in any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation; exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way; transmitting or procuring the sending of any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent; impersonating or attempting to impersonate Crafteahandmade, our employees, another user, or any other person or entity; engaging in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the website, or which may harm Crafteahandmade or users of the website or expose them to liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Crafteahandmade, its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, our liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us during the rental period in question. Certain Australian state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers or limitations may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Crafteahandmade and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of the website or services, including, but not limited to, any use of the website's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms of Use, or your use of any information obtained from the website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use and your use of the website and services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in South Australia for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or your use of the website or services.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have any concern or dispute about the website or services, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. If we are unable to resolve the dispute informally, any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or the website will be instituted exclusively in the courts of South Australia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
